Here is a simple way to make more time for your health. Say NO to TV every weekend. Watching television takes away on an average 2-3 hours everyday, even without us realising it. This could be difficult in the beginning with a constant urge to go for the remote. But with practice you will realise that there is more to do with life.
Instead choose to catch with a long forgotten hobby or spend time in doing physical activities like walking, gardening, spring cleaning etc. You can also choose to practice spending an hour in solitude. This is a precursor to many beneficial practices that we will see later in the program.
