Sutra 4 - Solitary Walk

Go for solitary walks for about 30 minutes on all days of the week. This may sound easy, but requires a lot of adjustment right upfront. You need to plan for early suppers and a restful sleep to wake up early.

Solitary walks calm the mind and free up your energies to plan in leisure for the day ahead. Many creative ideas can brighten their day. The fresh air and the early rays of the sun are beneficial to your overall health.

For these reasons, early morning is called ‘Brahma Muhurtham’ or the time of the creator.
